At The Merchant’s Mark, we aim to make delivery as simple and straightforward as possible.

Shipping Costs

Where possible, we offer free UK shipping on our products.

Some items may not qualify for free shipping because of their size, weight, delivery destination or the type of courier service required.

Where a shipping charge applies, it will be calculated and clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

You will always be able to review any applicable shipping charge before placing your order.

Production & Delivery Times

All products sold by The Merchant’s Mark are manufactured on demand in the UK.

Our standard production time is approximately 7–10 working days from the date your order is accepted, unless a different timeframe is clearly stated on the individual product page.

We aim to have standard UK orders delivered within 14 working days of the order being accepted.

This 14-working-day period includes both manufacture and delivery.

Bespoke, unusually large or particularly complex orders may require additional production time. Where a longer timeframe applies, this will be stated on the relevant product page or agreed with you before manufacture begins.

Once your order has been completed, it will be carefully packaged and dispatched using an appropriate postal or courier service.

Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly agree a specific guaranteed delivery date with you.

Unless a different delivery period has been agreed, we will deliver goods without undue delay and in any event normally no later than 30 days after the contract is made.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking information will normally be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Large, Heavy or Oversized Items

Some larger or heavier products may require a specialist courier or alternative delivery service.

Where this applies, any additional shipping cost will either be calculated at checkout or clearly stated on the relevant product page.

Some oversized or bespoke items may also require a longer delivery timeframe. Where this applies, we will make this clear before manufacture begins or contact you to agree suitable delivery arrangements.

Delivery Address

Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible using our Contact Us page.

We will try to correct the delivery information where possible, but we may be unable to make changes once an order has been dispatched.

Delivery Delays

While we will always do our best to manufacture and deliver orders within the stated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to courier disruption, severe weather, material availability, unusually high order volumes or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If we become aware of a significant delay affecting your order, we will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed.

Risk During Delivery

We remain responsible for goods until they are delivered to you, or to another person you have identified to receive them, except where you independently arrange your own carrier in circumstances permitted by law.

Damaged or Missing Parcels

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your parcel appears to have been damaged during delivery, or if you believe an order has been lost, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible using our Contact Us page.

Where possible, please include your order number and photographs of both the damaged item and its packaging.

UK Delivery

We primarily ship within the United Kingdom.

Shipping availability and charges may vary depending on the destination and the size or weight of the product.

Our standard aim is for UK orders to be delivered within 14 working days of the order being accepted, unless a different timeframe is stated on the product page or agreed with you.

International Delivery

International delivery may be available for selected products and destinations.

Where international delivery is available, shipping charges will be shown at checkout where possible.

International delivery times may be longer than our standard UK delivery timeframe.

Customers may also be responsible for applicable import duties, taxes, customs charges or local handling fees unless otherwise stated.
